Refunds & Returns

Returns. Our return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. To initiate a return, simply email with your order number and email used for your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in the original packaging and condition. If the product is damaged or has been opened/used, you will not be entitled to a refund. We do not take responsibility for the costs of returning the products. 

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. 

Change of mind. It's okay if you have a change-of-mind about your purchase, provided that you let us know within 14 days of receiving the item and the item is returned to us unopened. Simply email with your order number and email used for your order to cancel your order or initiate a return. You'll need to pay for postage. We do not refund any extra charges paid for express delivery.

Incorrect or Faulty Products. We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition. If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty products, please email and provide details (including images and proof of the damage/fault) within 14 days of receiving the products. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement of the products and provide instructions accordingly. 

Missing Items. If you have missing items upon opening your package, please email and provide details (including images) of how you received your item. We can then organise replacements for missing products. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line of your email so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

Shipping Costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a tracked service to ensure it arrives to us safely. If your returned order becomes damaged or lost in transit, and there is no package tracking, Malia Hair won't be held liable for the return and will be unable to provide you with a refund or replacement.
