Refunds & Returns

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns initiated beyond this period will not be accepted. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Products that are opened, used, or damaged will not qualify for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please email hello@maliahairaus.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order. We will review your request and confirm eligibility for a refund.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

 

Change of Mind
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, no worries! We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receiving your item(s). To qualify:

  1. The product(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  2. Email hello@maliahairaus.com with your order number and email address to initiate the return.

Please note:

  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Any extra charges for express delivery are non-refundable.
 

Incorrect or Faulty Products
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product, please email hello@maliahairaus.com within 14 days of delivery. Include:

  • Details of the issue.
  • Images and proof of damage or fault.

We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement of the products and provide instructions accordingly. 

 

Missing Items
If any items are missing from your order upon delivery, contact hello@maliahairaus.com immediately. Please provide:

  • Images of how the package was received.
  • Your order confirmation number in the email subject line.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement for the missing item promptly. 

 

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. These costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
