Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is FREE worldwide! Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $9.99. All shipments are handled by Australia Post.

 

International Shipping
Custom international shipping rates will be shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Please note that orders shipped outside of Australia may incur additional taxes and/or customs charges upon arrival. We recommend checking for any applicable import fees before placing your order.


Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow extra time during peak sale periods. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent via email within 24 hours.

 

Australian Standard Shipping
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3-7 business days.

 

Australian Express Shipping
We charge a fee of $9.99 for all domestic express orders. Express shipping within Australia takes between 1-3 business days.

 

International Standard Shipping
Standard shipping to New Zealand takes between 5-8 business days.
UK, USA, and Canada take between 6-10 business days.
Please allow up to 20 business days for shipping to any other countries that aren't listed above.

 

International Express Shipping
We charge a fee of $9.99 for all international express orders.
Express shipping to New Zealand takes between 2-4 business days.
USA, UK, and Canada take between 3-5 business days.
Please allow up to 6 business days for express shipping to any other countries that aren't listed above.

 

Shipping Delays
While most packages arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur. Malia Hair is not responsible for any delays that happen in transit.

 

International Taxes and Customs Charges
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty, and/or customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Malia Hair is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package, and you will not be entitled to a refund. You may or may not be contacted prior to your order being released to notify you of any relevant fees that may be applicable to your purchase. Please note these charges are implemented by your country’s government and are not associated with Australia Post. Address Changes
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid any delays. If you need to update your address, please contact Malia Hair directly before your order is processed. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. We do not offer refunds for items that are already in transit.

 

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you, you will receive an email with all of the details, including a tracking number. Watch your delivery all the way from our place to yours. All deliveries require a signature from the customer. If no one is home to sign off on the delivery, the courier will then take your item to your local post office for collection. If you do not collect your item within 10 business days, the item will be returned to us. We will not be responsible for reshipping this item again, and you will not be entitled to a refund.
