Shipping
Shipping costs. Standard shipping is FREE worldwide! Express shipping is a flat rate of $9.99. All shipments are with Australia Post.
Shipping internationally. Your custom international rate will be shown at checkout after you have entered your delivery address! Note: Orders sent to destinations outside of Australia may incur additional tax and/or customs charges when they arrive. Please check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering.
Processing times. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow extra time during large sale periods. Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped.
Australian standard shipping. Standard shipping within Australia takes between 3-7 business days.
Australian express shipping. We charge a fee of $9.99 for all domestic express orders. Express shipping within Australia takes between 1-3 business days.
International standard shipping. Standard shipping to New Zealand takes between 5-8 business days. UK, USA and Canada takes between 6-10 business days. Please allow up to 20 business days for shipping to any other countries that aren't listed above.
International express shipping. We charge a fee of $9.99 for all international express orders. Express shipping to New Zealand takes between 2-4 business days. USA, UK and Canada takes between 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 6 business days for express shipping to any other countries that aren't listed above.
Shipping delays. Most packages arrive on time, but delays may be experienced. Malia Hair is not responsible for packages delayed in transit.
International Taxes and Customs Charges. International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Malia Hair is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package and you will not be entitled to a refund. You may or may not be contacted prior to your order being released to notify you of any relevant fees that may be applicable to your purchase. Additional information. Please make sure your delivery address is fully completed and correct to avoid delays. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Malia Hair prior to your order being shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it's no longer possible to make any changes to the shipping address. We do not grant refunds if an item is in transit.
Tracking your order. Once your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you, you will receive an email with all of the details, including a tracking number. Watch your delivery all the way from our place to yours. All deliveries require a signature from the customer. If no one is home to sign off on the delivery, the courier will then take your item to your local post office for collection. If you do not collect your item within 10 business days, the item will be returned to us. We will not be responsible for re shipping out this item again and you will not be entitled to a refund.
